Operation AG (i)

'AG' (i) was a British naval sweep to locate and sink German ships off the coast of the neutral Netherlands (29/30 October 1939).

The destroyers used in this undertaking were Jackal, Janus, Jersey, Jervis, Juno and Jupiter, which departed from the Humber estuary but made no contact with German ships before returning to port.
