Operation Baptism

'Baptism' was a British photo-reconnaissance operation flown from a Soviet air base in the northern USSR for the acquisition of up-to-date information about the exact location of the German battleship Tirpitz in preparation for the planned 'Tiger Claw' attack (6 May 1944).
