Operation Bloodstock

'Bloodstock' was a British unrealised plan to take the Kerkennah islands group, in the Gulf of Gabès off Sfax on the eastern coast of Tunisia, in the belief that these two islands accommodated a base for German midget submarines and Italian human torpedoes (April 1943).
