Operation Blücher (v)

'Blücher' (v) was a German undertaking to deploy Generalleutnant Fritz Bayerlein’s (from 8 June Generalmajor Hyazinth Graf Strachwitz von Gross-Zauche und Camminetz’s) Panzer-Lehr-Division toward its designated operational area in the event of any Allied invasion of the coast of Normandy in German-occupied northern France (early June 1944).
