Operation Cent

'Cent' was a British and Canadian radio deception undertaking simulating an amphibious operation, originally known as 'Dryshod', within 'Quicksilver II' (16 April 1944).

Undertaken in Studland Bay on the southern coast of England, the operation was a headquarters exercise notionally involving the naval Force 'G' and the Canadian troops of Brigadier S. Lett’s 4th Brigade of Major General C. Foulkes’s 2nd Division.
