Operation CG

'CG' was the designation of Allied convoys (together with a numerical suffix) plying the route from Casablanca, Morocco, to Gibraltar, and as such reciprocals of the 'GC' series (January 1943/May 1945).

These were originally FT convoys, and the last of the series was CG.169 of 30 April/1 May 1945 with the 6,179-ton French Marrakech.
