'Flipper' (ii) was an Allied unrealised plan for the development of the British and US line along the Po river in northern Italy for further operations should the German forces of Generaloberst Heinrich-Gottfried von Vietinghoff-Scheel’s Heeresgruppe 'C' not surrender (spring 1945).
