'Forelle' (iii) was a U-boat minelaying operation in the Pechora Sea by Oberleutnant Eberhard Schendel’s U-636 (25 August/12 September 1944).

As part of the 'Dachs' wolfpack during this time, the boat laid 12 TMC mines on 5 September after departing the rest of the wolfpack, but none of these mines claimed any victim.
