'N' (i) was a German airborne undertaking, planned as part of 'Gelb' and then undertaken as part of 'Sichelschnitt', to take the bridges over the Meuse river in Belgium between Namur and Dinant, and thus aid the ground forces' effort to break the forward line of Belgian defences extending to the north-east and south-east of Namur (January/May 1940).
