'Oaktree' was a Free Dutch operation to land and operate a party of the Netherlands East Indies Forces Intelligence Service, under the command of Captain J. V. de Bruijn, in the central part of Dutch New Guinea in the Japanese-occupied Dutch East Indies (1942/44).
