Operation White (i)

'White' (i) was the US contingency plan within the 'Color-coded War Plan' system to deal with a domestic uprising in the USA, later evolved to 'Garden Plot', which was the overall US military plan for the quelling of civil disturbances and peaceful protests (1922/42).

Parts of 'White' (i) were used to deal with the Bonus Expeditionary Force in 1932. The planners of 'White' (i) considered communist insurgents to be the most likely threat to be countered by the plan.
