'Widgeon' was a British special forces undertaking by Brigadier D. Mills-Roberts’s 1^st Commando Brigade within 'Plunder' to cross the Rhine river eastward into Germany about 1 mile (1.6 km) to the north of Wesel (23 March 1945).
