Operation Collodion

'Collodion' was an Allied special forces operation to parachute a three-man British, French and US 'Jedburgh' team, which departed from Blida in Algeria, into the Aveyron area of German-occupied France to establish liaison with the local resistance forces (6/7 August 1944 onward).
