'Ferret' (ii) was a British naval undertaking to land three Force 'A' operatives of the Special Operations Executive, effect a meeting with an existing 'Ferret' team, and recover escaped prisoners of war from the north-western coast of Italy to the north of Bonassola in the area of La Spezia (June 1944).
