'Geier' (i) was a German unrealised plan for an offensive against the French defences of the Maginot Line in Alsace on the French/German border, to the west of the line linking Hügelsheim, Kehl, Pfalzburg and Saarburg, as a component of 'Grün' (iii) (May 1940).
