'Kipper' (ii) was an Allied contingency plan for implementation in the event that the Yugoslav communist forces of Marshal Josip Broz Tito attempted to seize the areas of Venezia Giulia, in the north-eastern part of Italy, from the occupying British and US forces (spring 1945).
