Operation PW (i)

'PW' (i) was a British series of 23 sweeps across the English Channel in search of German coastal craft and convoys in the waters off German-occupied Belgium and the Netherlands (Zuydote Pass, Scheldt estuary, Breedt Banks, Gravelines, West Deep, etc) by motor torpedo boats of Admiral Sir George Lyon’s Nore Command (1941/19 January 1942).
