'Regenpfeifer' was a German operation by the reinforced 100^th Aufklärungsabteilung of Generalleutnant Willibald Utz’s 100^th Jägerdivision against the partisan force led by Mehmet Shehu in the area to the west of Belshe in German-occupied Albania (31 October 1943).
