'Ritz' was a British unrealised deception by the London Controlling Section in which a British official was to leave at the Ritz Hotel in Madrid, the capital of Spain, an unlocked bag containing false documents (?).

The idea was mooted after it had been discovered that German agents working in the hotel regularly searched all baggage.
