'Seemöwe' (ii) was a German naval minelaying operation in the Kara Sea by Oberleutnant Günther Heinrich’s U-960 (14 September/10 October 1943).

The boat deposited 24 TMB mines off Dikson on 23 September, and also used torpedoes to sink two Soviet ships of the VA.18 convoy. These were the 2,480-ton merchant vessel Arkhangyel’sk on 30 September and the 611-ton minesweeper T-896 on 1 October.
