Operation Sixth Enemy Offensive

'Sixth Enemy Offensive' was the Yugoslav designation for the series of German and Croat operations, centred on 'Schneesturm' and 'Kugelblitz' (ii), undertaken against the partisan forces of Marshal Josip Broz Tito after Italy’s September 1943 armistice with the Allies in an attempt to secure the Adriatic coast (autumn/winter 1943/44).
