'Skaggerak' was the German order by Konteradmiral Otto Klüber, heading the Admiral 'Nordmeer' command, that the heavier warships under his command in the waters off the north coast of German-occupied Norway were henceforward to be employed against Allied convoys (26 March 1943 onward).
