The 'Barbara-Stellung' was a German fallback position for Generaloberst Hans-Valentin Hube’s (from 21 April 1944 General Kurt von der Chevallerie’s and from 18 May 1944 Generaloberst Erhard Raus’s) 1^st Panzerarmee in the northern part of Ukraine between Studentika and Dunayevtsy (spring 1944).
