'BCS' was the designation of a British convoy (together with a numerical suffix) plying the route between Capetown, South Africa, and Freetown, Sierra Leone (June/July 1940).
The only such convoy was BCS.1 of 24 June/5 July with the 8,323-ton British Aska, 9,891-ton British Karanja and 9,890-ton British Kenya escorted by the British heavy cruiser Cornwall.
