The 'Biber-Stellung' (ii) was a German fallback position for Generaloberst Karl-Adolf Hollidt’s 6^th Army of Generaloberst Josef Harpe’s Heeresgruppe 'A' on the southern sector of the Eastern Front about 22 miles (35 km) to the west of Kachkarovka on the Dniepr river (10/11 March 1944).
