The 'Biber-Stellung' (ii) was a German fallback position for Generaloberst Karl-Adolf Hollidt’s 6th Army of Generaloberst Josef Harpe’s Heeresgruppe 'A' on the southern sector of the Eastern Front about 22 miles (35 km) to the west of Kachkarovka on the Dniepr river (10/11 March 1944).
