'Bison' was a British special forces operation to parachute a 14-man party of the Special Operations Executive’s Force 136 into the Maymyo area of Japanese-occupied Burma on an intelligence-gathering mission (22 January 1945).

A reinforcement party was delivered into the same area on 31 January.
