'C-Linie' was a German defensive line for the disengagement of Generaloberst Karl-Adolf Hollidt’s (from 25 March General Sigfrid Henrici’s) 6^th Army of Generaloberst Josef Harpe’s Heeresgruppe 'A' toward the south of the Eastern Front about 22 miles (36 km) to the west of the Bug river in the area of Kolossovka (late March 1944).
