Operation Callboy (ii)

'Callboy' (ii) was a British unrealised deception plan to try to convince the Germans, most especially Generaloberst Johannes Blaskowitz’s Heeresgruppe 'H', that the crossing of the Rhine river in the Wesel sector was merely a diversion to cover the real thrust of Field Marshal Sir Bernard Montgomery’s Allied 21st Army Group to take Kassel farther to the south (February 1945).
