'CF' (ii) was the designation of Allied convoys (together with a numerical and sometimes a literal suffix) plying the route from Colombo, Ceylon, to Fremantle, Australia using fast liners (March 1941).
The first of these was CF.1A of 8/15 March 1941 with the 35,739-ton British Mauretania and 36,287-ton Dutch Nieuw Amsterdam.
