'Da Vinci' was an Italian wolfpack operation in the Atlantic Ocean (20 February/24 March 1942).
Operating in an area to the east of the Antilles islands group, the five boats were notably successful. Luigi Torelli sank two ships (16,469 tons), Giuseppe Finzi three ships (21,496 tons), Enrico Tazzoli six ships (29,198 tons), Morosini three ships (22,048 tons), and Leonardo da Vinci two ships (7,201 tons).
