'FPP' (ii) was the designation of Allied military convoys (together with a numerical suffix) returning as 'France to Portland Personnel' convoys, either empty or carrying wounded men, from France to Portland after delivering personnel for use in the campaigns in Normandy and North-West Europe following 'Overlord', and as such reciprocals of the 'EPP' series (July/August 1944).
