'Frodesley' was a British unrealised naval undertaking by Admiral Sir Max Horton, commanding the submarine forces in British waters, to use a fishing boat to carry a midget submarine secretly into the coastal waters of German-occupied Norway (March 1942).

'Frodesley' paved the way for the 'Title' attack on the German battleship Tirpitz.
