Operation Fungus (i)

This was a British special forces operation to parachute a three-man Special Operations Executive team of Croat-born Canadians into the Drežnica area of German-occupied Yugoslavia to aid the Croat resistance forces (21 April 1943 onward).

The partn{1}’n{3} mission was to make contact to local partisan forces in Croatia and report about their actions, and after thus to establish contact with the partisan command for Croatia.
