'Gibspec' was a British convoy operation between the Clyde river and Gibraltar (16/26 September 1942).
The six ships involved in this one-off undertaking were the 5,199-ton Dutch Ittersum and five British vessels in the form of the 1,447-ton Eildon, 2,499-ton Lyminge, 1,903-ton Miriam, 1,846-ton Shetland and 5,587-ton Vera Radcliffe.
