'Goldcrest' was a British possible operation by the Special Operations Executive to reinforce the resistance forces and increase the preparedness of the district round Drammen in German-occupied Norway (April/May 1944).
It is unclear whether or not the two-man party of S. Sveinesen and R. Olsen was in fact parachuted Norway. The first radio message from 'Goldcrest' was, however, sent at the end of May, but this could have been done by a local operator.
