'Hai' (ii) was a German unsuccessful special forces mission by Oberleutnant Conrad von Leipzig’s half-company of Oberstleutnant Paul Haehling von Lanzenauer’s Lehr-Regiment 'Brandenburg' zbV 800, using captured British vehicles, to sabotage the lines of communication of Lieutenant General Sir Bernard Montgomery’s British 8th Army along the North African coast after the Axis defeat in the 2nd Battle of El Alamein (late October/early November 1942).
