'Harpune' (ii) was a German series of contingency plans for implementation in the event that the Allies launched an invasion of Norway which Adolf Hitler believed throughout the war to be a primary British target (1941/44).

Prime Minister Winston Churchill would indeed have liked to launch an invasion of this country but, unlike the German leader, was persuaded of the military difficulties of such a project.
