'Klette' was a German two-part offensive against Soviet partisans by General Heinrich Clössner’s 2^nd Panzerarmee in the area of Kletnya ('Klette I' in January and February 1943) and Mamayevka ('Klette II' in April and May 1943 by Generalleutnant Hubert Lendle’s 221^st Sicherungsdivision) in the Bryansk area of the German-occupied western USSR (January/May 1943).
