Operation KP (ii)

'KP' (ii) was the designation of Allied convoys (together with a numerical suffix) plying the route from Karachi, India, to ports in the Persian Gulf (July 1943).

The only known convoy of this 'Karachi to Persian Gulf' series was KP.1 of 21/23 July 1943 from Karachi to Bandar Abbas with the 8,538-ton British British Sincerity, 4,204-ton British British Trader, and 2,284-ton British Foo Shing.
