'Leek' (i) was a British two-part deception undertaking within 'Fortitude North' to simulate amphibious warfare training in preparation for a threatened descent on Narvik in occupied Norway, by the whole of Major General E. Hakewill-Smith’s 52nd Division and the fictitious Naval Force 'V' (4/11 May 1944).
'Leek I' on 4 May simulated landing exercises, and 'Leek II' on 10/11 May simulated a full-scale landing.
