'Mermaid' was a British unsuccessful operation by the Special Intelligence Service to land one man and a quantity of supplies on Dugi island off the coast of Dalmatia in German-occupied Yugoslavia (7 January 1944).

The vessel Seastar was engaged by the Germans, and her crew suffered two killed and three wounded.
