Operation Mike (i)
'Mike I' was a US air operation in which Consolidated B-24 Liberator four-engined heavy bombers of the 42nd Bomber Squadron mined the waters round Nansei Shoto island (Okinawa) and Ogasawara Shoto island (Chichi Jima).
