'Pax Romana' was a German secret operation, ordered personally by Adolf Hitler, to locate and kill as many Jews, Romanies and other 'undesirables' as possible in Romania (1942/43).

This was a large-scale operation involving many thousands of SS and Wehrmacht troops. It is estimated that in 1942/43 some 100,000 Jews, Romanies and others were killed.
