'Pigskin' was a British unrealised plan to occupy the portions of Portuguese East Africa (now Mozambique) to the north of the Zambezi river in the event that Portugal sided with the Axis or was overrun by German forces, and as such the eastern counterpart of the western 'Plaster' in Portuguese West Africa (now Angola) (1941/44).
