'Rappen' was a German naval minelaying operation to the north-west of the island of Elba in the Ligurian Sea by two ex-Italian torpedo boats of Korvettenkapitän Wirich von Gartzen’s 10^th Torpedoboots-Flottille (12/13 April 1944).
