'Rashness' was a US unrealised plan, based on 'Beta' (iii), for large-scale operations against the Japanese forces in China (1945).

Related to 'Iceman', the basic concept was later refined as 'Carbonado', which took the form of an offensive toward Canton and Hong Kong.
