'Ravioli' was a US operation by the Office of Strategic Services to undermine the morale of the German forces in the area of Siena in German-occupied Italy (July 1944).

The undertaking used Italian prisoners of war released to disseminate 'black propaganda' postcards in the area behind the German front line.
