This was the US plan for the transfer of logistic facilities from the UK to France after the implementation of ‘Overlord’ (summer 1944).

The move opened the way for matériel to be shipped from the USA directly to North-West Europe without staging through the UK, and the operation was also known as ‘Reverse Bolero’ or ‘Orelob’.
