'Schwerin II' was a German largely unrealised operation by Generaloberst Friedrich Paulus’s 6th Army at Stalingrad, and associated with 'Schwerin I', to improve the line of General Walther von Seydlitz-Kurzbach’s LI Corps and Generalleutnant Ferdinand Heim’s XLVIII Panzerkorps in the area to the south of that involved in 'Schwerin I' (17 November 1942).
