Operation Seventh Enemy Offensive

'Seventh Enemy Offensive' was the Yugoslav designation of the final German-led offensive in western Bosnia against the partisan forces of Marshal Josip Broz Tito (spring 1944).

The undertaking included the 'Rösselsprung' (ii) unsuccessful attempt to kill or seize Marshal Josip Broz Tito and to destroy the leadership of the partisan movement. By the end of the 'Seventh Enemy Offensive', most of Yugoslavia was securely in the hands of Tito’s forces.
